You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may create an account using Google, Apple Sign-In, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

growtimer is a Pomodoro timer application designed to help you focus and track productivity. The Service is available on iOS, Android, and Web. Features may vary by platform and subscription plan.

growtimer offers a free plan and a paid subscription ("growtimer pro"). • Free Plan: Core timer features with local data storage. • growtimer pro: Additional features including cloud sync. Available as monthly or annual subscription with a free trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. • iOS/Android: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing is displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. • Web: Payments are processed through Stripe via RevenueCat. Prices may change with prior notice. Any price change will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to growtimer pro features until the end of your current billing period. • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions • Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions • Web: Through the subscription management link in the app Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store's refund policy. You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems • Interfere with or disrupt the Service • Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by kusuguru inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we do not claim ownership of any content you create within the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kusuguru inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
