Account Information • Email address (when you sign up with email) • Name and profile information (when you sign in with Google or Apple) Usage Data • Timer sessions (start time, end time, duration, phase type) • Projects and tasks you create • App settings and preferences Subscription Information • Subscription status, plan type, and expiration date • Purchase history (processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe via RevenueCat) We do not collect payment details such as credit card numbers. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

We use your information to: • Provide and maintain the Service • Authenticate your identity and manage your account • Process subscriptions and payments • Sync your data across devices • Improve the Service • Respond to your inquiries • Comply with legal obligations

We share your information only with the following service providers, solely to operate the Service: • Supabase (United States) — Authentication and cloud database • RevenueCat (United States, AWS) — Subscription management. May collect device information, IP address, purchase history, and on web, UTM parameters and page information. • Stripe (United States) — Payment processing (web only) • Apple / Google — Authentication and in-app purchases • Resend (United States) — Transactional email delivery We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States (Supabase, us-east-1 region). For users in the European Economic Area (EEA): • Transfers from the EEA to Japan are covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision for Japan. • Transfers to the United States are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) incorporated in our agreements with service providers. For users in Japan: • International transfers are conducted in accordance with Article 28 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion. • Timer and project data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion. • Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and commercial laws.

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including: • TLS encryption for all data in transit • Row Level Security (RLS) on our database • OAuth 2.0 for authentication • Regular security reviews of our infrastructure No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights: • Access: Request a copy of your personal data • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data • Deletion: Request deletion of your data (available through app settings) • Data Portability: Request your data in a portable format • Objection: Object to certain processing of your data To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@growtimerapp.com. For users in the EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@growtimerapp.com.

The Service uses local storage technologies (SQLite, IndexedDB) to store your timer data and preferences on your device. On the web version, we use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised.
